This portal provides secure, limited access to selected PWMS services for authorized CDC users and invited survey participants.

Authorized use

Use your own PWMS account only. Do not share credentials, access tokens, downloaded documents, or links with unauthorized persons. PO Approval actions are recorded against your PWMS user account.

Information processed

For security and service operation, PWMS processes account identity, login time, IP address, browser/device information, language and platform information. External logins are recorded in the local PWMS security audit and authorized-device register.

Security notifications

When a new browser or device is detected, PWMS may send a security notification to the e-mail address registered on your account. If you do not recognize a login, change your password and contact PWMS support immediately.

Documents and records

Displayed records and downloads are restricted to the permissions verified by local PWMS for each request. Information must be used only for approved CDC business purposes.

Vendor Services Survey

Survey participation is voluntary. Responses are used to improve service quality. Optional identification details are not required to submit feedback.
